ALOE VERA
Aloe vera is a great remedy for reversing thinning hair. It moisturizes the hair and balances the pH of the scalp for healthy hair growth.
Take some fresh aloe vera leaves and cut open to extract the gel. Rub it on your scalp and the entire length of the hair. Leave it for 25-30 minutes and rinse your hair with lukewarm water thereafter.
ORANGE PULP
Oranges are great for hair due to the presence of high amounts of vitamin C that helps in promoting a faster hair growth. Make a puree of an orange.
You do not need to peel it as the skin contains a lot of vitamins that may help in nourishing your hair.Apply the puree on your scalp and hair for about half an hour. Rinse thoroughly using a shampoo thereafter. Do this once weekly to make your hair thick.
HAIR CARE
An everyday hair care regime is essential in keeping hair in the best condition and prevent most hair problems such as hair thinning and hair dryness. Make sure you choose the shampoo and other hair care products according to your hair type.A regular massage with your fingers, with a circular motion, is great to improve circulation of the scalp and induce healthy hair growth. Avoid combing your hair when it is wet as it is more prone to breakage during this time.
PROTECTION FORM SUN
Sun can cause serious damage to your hair if you do not protect it. The harmful UV radiations can make them dull and weak. The best way to stop hair thinning, due to harsh sun rays, is to protect your hair whenever you step out in the sun.
Cover your hair with a cloth or a hat to protect from direct sun rays.
OLIVE OIL
Olive oil hydrates your hair. Warm up a tablespoon of olive oil and massage it into your scalp. Leave it for 30-40 minutes and wash it thoroughly with a shampoo.
You can also make a hair mask by mixing olive oil and honey, then, applying it to your hair for 30 minutes. Wash your hair thereafter.
BALANCED DIET
A balanced diet comprising of proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins and various minerals would help in boosting your hair health. Include fruits and green vegetables to replenish your vitamins and minerals reserves. Also, eat dairy products such as milk and yogurt. Besides, egg, poultry, fish, nuts, and seeds help in promoting thick and shiny hair.
